Alteneva systems are designed specifically for industrial applications. We are unable to serve residential users. Our solutions are used in the following areas:

An energy storage system alone cannot perform all local energy management and control tasks. The storage system is "only" an executive tool: it must continuously receive information about when to charge itself and when and at what power level to contribute to consumption or grid supply. Determining this is the task of an external Energy Management System (EMS).
The EMS collects and analyzes the performance data of local energy producers (such as solar panel systems) and consumers in real time, and then calculates the optimal operating parameters for the energy storage system based on this data. This ensures that the storage system always operates as efficiently as possible in line with the current energy situation.
In addition, EMS:
It continuously sends operational data to the central monitoring interface, where the user can view the status of their entire energy system and fine-tune its operation.
It provides a uniform communication interface to aggregators. This makes it easier to integrate energy storage and solar panel systems from a wide range of manufacturers and types into control centers, regardless of the type of communication they require.
It can query stock market electricity prices and use this information to create an intelligent schedule for the energy storage system. This is particularly advantageous in cases where the user has a stock market-priced or dynamic electricity tariff contract, as the storage system can then operate in line with the cheapest or most favorable periods.

Our system pricing consists of three levels, allowing our partners to choose the solution that best suits their needs and budget:
1️⃣ Hardware: Hardware selection is flexible: choose from several versions to find the most suitable, cost-effective control unit for your specific application.
2️⃣ One-time software license: The license fee includes all currently available control functions. (see hardware descriptions). The one-time license fee also includes remote configuration of the software according to the operating conditions of the given system.
3️⃣ Monitoring Cloud Platform subscription: The annual subscription includes full use of online display and monitoring functions. The fee includes: access to the interface, ongoing maintenance and updates of the control software, and remote technical support in case of problems.

Our system offers extensive device support, and the list of compatible devices is constantly growing.
If we receive the Modbus register list for the given device from our customers, we will integrate the device into our system free of charge within 1–2 business days. After that, the given device will be immediately accessible and controllable via the platform.
We also undertake the establishment of data connections to the control centers of aggregators.
We can quickly establish two-way data connections with aggregator systems via the most common industrial communication interfaces (e.g., Modbus TCP, MQTT, REST API, etc.). -
