Presentation of project content
Alteneva Kft. offers Hungarian-developed energy management solutions for renewable energy systems, with control units and a cloud-based monitoring platform. Its systems optimize energy production, storage, and consumption while minimizing the amount of energy purchased from the grid. Its solutions can be flexibly expanded to meet specific needs. With a stable domestic background and rapid technical support, it ensures the continuity of its customers' operations and data security.
Alteneva Kft. aims to develop a new generation of artificial intelligence-supported energy management systems that offer predictive, automated energy optimization for industrial players. The project is based on the company's previous development, a working energy storage prototype, which is now being expanded with complex, software-based control logic. The new system is able to predict energy demand based on an analysis of local consumption patterns and energy prices, and adjust storage and consumption processes accordingly. The key to the solution is the combination of big data technology and machine learning, which enables automatic recognition of consumer profiles and continuous optimization of operations. The development is based on a cloud-based architecture that collects and analyzes measurement data from various industrial sources in real time. The system is capable of managing the combined energy flow of solar power generation, battery storage, and electrical consumers. The artificial intelligence module learns from the collected data to make predictions and recommend the most optimal energy usage strategy. This will enable companies to minimize their consumption from the grid and reduce their energy costs. The advantage of the system is that it can adapt to rapidly changing energy prices and network conditions. The development will implement DÁP-based data authentication, which ensures the reliability and traceability of data. The solution resulting from the project will enable automatic control and decision support in line with energy prices. The development will contribute to strengthening the company's digital competencies and the technological renewal of the Hungarian SME sector. The system will be particularly useful for industrial companies that are large consumers and have renewable energy sources. The aim of the project is not only technological innovation, but also to promote sustainable and economical operation. The development will reduce energy dependence while contributing to the country's decarbonization goals. With this solution, Alteneva Kft. aims to become one of the pioneers of industrial digitalization in Hungary and Europe. The application of artificial intelligence and big data at the industrial level results in a unique, self-adaptive energy management system. The result of the project will be a marketable, scalable, and exportable product. During development, solutions optimized for the industrial environment will guarantee long-term reliability. Overall, Alteneva's development is an intelligent, green, and future-oriented system that provides a tangible response to the challenges of industrial digitalization and sustainability.

Presentation of project content
Alteneva Kft.'s mission is to launch innovative initiatives that create self-sustaining urban living spaces and communities where nature and people live in harmony. Our main focus areas are solar-powered buildings, energy communities, and micromobility. Since its inception, Alteneva Kft. has participated in the implementation of four major domestic development projects, either directly or indirectly, in cooperation with several partners. The focus areas of these projects were primarily the development of innovative solar panel products and related equipment, as well as the establishment and expansion of related manufacturing capacities (GINOP-1.2.1-16-2017-00793, 2018- 1.1.2-KFI-2018-00193, 22019-1.1.1-PIACI-KFI-2019-00323).
With our energy storage system, we focus specifically on modular design, creating a widely configurable solution for both stationary and mobile applications. Our value proposition clearly lies in flexibility, allowing users to pay based on time or usage. Due to its scalability, the capacity/performance of the energy storage system can be expanded or reduced to meet changing needs. Due to the use of secondary life cycle batteries, the prices of energy storage systems built from them are also expected to be lower than the specific market prices, which significantly shortens the payback period of the systems in our developed service-based business model. Revenue from service fees is structured so that each piece of equipment installed will pay for itself within approximately 2-3 years. Revenue from services is supplemented by sales of small and medium-sized systems, providing a comprehensive solution for our partners. Our current project (2021-1.1.4-GYORSÍTÓSÁV-2022-00022) provides a suitable basis for creating a commercial solution that can widely serve the identified target market needs, all in a service-based business model that is extremely advantageous, predictable, flexible, and easy to plan for the B2B sector.
